Tiberias is a national and international asset, a city with unique potential that requires broad thinking and long-term planning. This project, which includes three new residential buildings, is part of an overall move to create first-class urban change and strengthen the city center as a living, accessible and updated space.

The project is located in the heart of Tiberias' urban fabric and is integrated into the urban renewal process of the lower district, which relies on an advanced and efficient transportation connection. Unlike other cities, the train stations in Tiberias are planned to be in the city center - a strategic move that brings public transportation closer to the daily lives of residents.

The high-speed rail connection between Tiberias and the center of the country, alongside a direct link between the Upper and Lower Districts, creates a new urban continuity and strengthens the accessibility, economy, and attractiveness of the entire city.
The three residential buildings were designed as an integral part of this vision, with contemporary architecture, ventilated facades, and a design that provides a high quality of life alongside a direct connection to the renewable urban environment.

The project is integrated into a broader national initiative, which includes the promotion of Tiberias' transportation system as part of the National Projects Law that is currently being developed - and positions the city as a significant residential, tourism and development destination in the north of the country.
