On Haviva Reich Street in Haifa, one of the densest and most expensive areas in the city, a groundbreaking parking solution has been built – a smart parking facility from the Smart Park company.
The parking lot, which extends over several underground floors, uses a central parking elevator that allows for optimal utilization of the area, while preserving the public space and the urban landscape.

The design and engineering planning were constructed so that the facility would integrate into the existing environment, without the need for massive structures above ground.
The use of automatic parking technology allows vehicles to be entered and exited at the push of a button, saves time, reduces traffic congestion and improves the quality of life for neighborhood residents.
