717 Grand St, Brooklyn
Located in the heart of Brooklyn’s evolving urban fabric, 717 Grand St represents a contemporary interpretation of high-end residential living in New York. Designed by Issac & Stern Architects, the project reflects the studio’s signature balance between refined architectural language and practical urban functionality.
The building’s design embraces clean geometry, generous glazing, and carefully proportioned façades that bring natural light deep into the living spaces while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding neighborhood. Inspired by Brooklyn’s industrial heritage and modern residential evolution, the architecture combines timeless materials with a contemporary metropolitan aesthetic.
The residences are envisioned as sophisticated urban homes - emphasizing openness, natural light, and understated luxury. Thoughtful spatial planning, elegant detailing, and a restrained material palette create interiors that feel both elevated and livable.
717 Grand St captures the character of modern Brooklyn living: architectural precision, neighborhood authenticity, and a lifestyle shaped by design, culture, and the energy of New York City.
